the grants flow is now being paid out per the existing votes, still have to restart some of the child flows, will do so later today previously we had passed a proposal to pay extra money through the local impact budget, but that money has run out, so as a local impact grants recipient you will likely have a lower salary which is unfortunate. once we get /flows in a more stable state, should be straightforward to restart the vrbs grants program with more funding on top of the same infra. i'd guess ~4-5 weeks
